Inell Rosario, MD is a modern-day pioneer. She owns Andros Medspa, Andros Audiology & Hearing Aid Center and Andros ENT & Sleep Center, the first minority woman- owned sleep center in Minnesota.

Her clinics, located in Inver Grove Heights and Mendota Heights, pay homage to her Bahamian roots. They are named for the island of Andros, where Inell was born and raised. Always a high achiever, Inell came to the United States alone at the young age of 16 to attend Macalester College, where she earned a BA and met her future husband. She then attended medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After school, Inell completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in Otolaryngology head and neck surgery, as well as sleep medicine.

Dr Rosario realized during her residency that, “Patients weren’t understanding why they were being told to do things by their doctors; they were just following along.” She set out to create patient-centered care for people throughout the Twin Cities metro. Patients trust her and her staff to provide education on everything from sleep apnea to skincare to hearing aid services. “I wanted to create clinics that emphasize patient-centered, informed, collaborative care and an environment where the patient’s needs are the focus of the daily operations.”

Her philosophy and medical skills resonate with her patients. She has been a Top Doctor for Women by Minnesota Monthly Magazine, a Top Doctor by St. Paul /Mpls Magazine, and in the top 50 surgeons at Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota, among many other awards.

And she continues making her mark on our community. “My current projects are expanding my businesses, writing a book on patient care as it relates to sleep apnea, and developing a new device to treat sleep apnea,” says Inell. When she’s not at the clinic, this busy mother of two adult children enjoys finding time to relax with her husband, exercising, basketball and has traveled to Honduras twice to participate in mission work.
