As Chief Operating Officer, Kocina is responsible for all finance, HR, technology and business operations in the company’s Minnesota and Florida offices. Diabetic herself for over 20 years, Carrie Boe knows first-hand the unique struggles someone with diabetes encounters daily. Following a long and successful corporate career, Carrie became a diabetes-focused, certified health coach to fulfill her true passion: empowering others to better manage their disease while also encouraging them to discover their own strength in mind, body and spirit.
After experiencing her own amazing journey by achieving a significant weight loss and creating a fit, healthy and strong life, Carrie continues to remain complication-free, tightly manages her blood sugars and maintains an A1C below 6.5. Her coaching practice is now dedicated to helping others achieve similar success.
Carrie utilizes a unique approach to guiding significant lifestyle changes by incorporating individualized concepts into her patient work. She finds these generate greater success than strictly focusing on diet, exercise and the scale. Each patient’s plan is personalized to meet their own unique needs, challenges and goals. Carrie Boe received her Certified Health Coach (CHC) training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and earned her Board Certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association for Diabetes Educators, the American Diabetes Association (Professional) as well as Diabetes Influencers.
As the Chief Marketing Officer for Prosperwell Financial, Katherine’s main focus is the marketing and promotion of Prosperwell Financial. She is continually implementing new ways to gain visibility of Prosperwell Financial through various marketing strategies. . As an integral part of the company, Katherine has contributed greatly to the growth of Prosperwell since joining the practice in March 2010.
In addition, Katherine is the Vice President of the Nicole Middendorf Foundation, on the Leadership Team for Encourage Her Network, an Ambassador and on the Young Professionals Committee for the Wayzata Chamber of Commerce, a Wish Granter and Speaker for Make a Wish of Minnesota, on the Advisory Council for the Minnesota Twins as well as a volunteer for BestPrep.
Katherine grew up in Delano, Minnesota where she currently resides with her husband Travis and their “fur babies” who you will often see on our social media and in our office as our “mascots”. After high school she attended St. Cloud State University to pursue Marketing and graduated in 2009. In her free time she enjoys traveling and crossing off items on her “Live It List™.”

Her commanding personality implements change, growth and inspiration. It is not difficult to find someone she left her mark on. Together with Shane Anderson they built a significant art based business here in the metro area. They together create a pay it forward effect by constantly giving back with a purpose. Growing the business from scratch to ten years later being a visual milestone in Mall of America impacting millions.
As a creative mind and a relationship builder she does not stop at making connections. She uses her intellect to strategically help businesses grow. Recently she joined Oasis DEG as a W2 employee and finished 2016 as Rookie of the year. 120 peers sell and she surpassed her quota by nearly 3.47 times the quota.
Not to say she has not had her obstacles, after being sick for nearly 3 years she was finally diagnosed at Mayo with a rare auto immune disease. Making her 1-3 out of a million. Often times this disease is found on the autopsy table. As there is no cure she receives a monthly chemo medication to help bring it into remission. It is a running joke of hers that one day she will represent a superhero based with mouse like qualities due to her medication containing mouse protein.
Chris started Christine Photography in 2000 when she discovered that she was able to see things in ways that others considered unique and interesting. “Everywhere I look I see pictures waiting to be captured and I couldn’t be more thankful to be doing what I love every single day. I feel that photography is less about the things you see and more about the ways in which you see them,” says Chris.
Chris specializes in portrait photography because her passion is working with people and this allows her to capture real life interactions, the special relationships between individuals and those memorable moments you’ll cherish forever. There’s nothing better than getting that perfect shot!
Chris works predominantly in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area but travels by request. She has the flexibility to offer in-studio or on-location photo shoots, including destination weddings.

For the full “image” at the Imagery, Stephanie offers makeup lines and clothing lines, and now includes Carlisle clothing to help create style ideas for your perfect session. Stephanie and Rod travel to photography groups as speakers on sales, marketing for photography, and lighting and posing technique.
