Margo O’Dell, a Stress Reduction, Resilience and Meditation Instructor

Margo O’Dell helps organizations develop to their fullest potential by focusing on individual employee development,  where real change happens. Drawing on her experience in business development, entrepreneurship, the arts, career transition and coaching, she creates thought-provoking, inspirational and entertaining presentations. Margo is a dynamic speaker whose message is filled with life-changing concepts and insights. Her presentations ignite listeners to move toward their full personal and professional objectives. Additionally, Margo is trained in the stress management component of Dr. Dean Ornish’s program for reversing heart disease, has taught group fitness and dance to thousands of people, and is a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
