Event Description:
Join us on the first Monday of every month for Knitting as Meditation!
Part knitting, part acupuncture, part meditation, this class combines basic knitting instruction (or getting help with an existing project) with the calming effects of auricular (ear) acupuncture. Free to knit; $20 for ear acupressure (optional).
Bring one skein of soft, beautiful yarn and appropriately sized needles (the yarn shop can help you with this), or a project you?re working on.
During the workshop, you'll also be treated with acupuncture needles or seeds that help promote relaxation.
