As independent media, we’re created by business women and for business women. Want to educate our readers? We’re currently accepting articles from all industries. We do not guarantee to release your contributions. Only select articles will be published in print/online. Please send your article submissions to us in a word document 350-500 words for consideration at info@encouragehernetwork.com . Be sure to include:
- Your name
- Title of your story
- Your bio
- Please include the URL to a bio photo that we can include with the article, or attach a jpeg version at 300 dpi or more.
- Any additional comments
If your article has been previously published elsewhere, you’ll continue to hold the rights but Encourage Her Network can have “free to use” rights in perpetuity, as well as also re-edit and change the title and article itself significantly, except if noted that your material is an excerpt from an actual book. We will supply a proof prior to publishing.
Our editors will select photos to go along with your piece so please do not submit any except a professional bio photo of yourself if your article is accepted. If you have professional quality, non-copyrighted (you own the rights) photos that need to go along with your story (a photo spread or a recipe blog), please send them over to i nfo@encouragehernetwork.com with the subject bar: PHOTOS for (name of article).
By submitting you certify this is your work, original, and any excerpts of other work are citied and Fair Use or public domain. By submitting you give us use rights in perpetuity. You can use with credit and link, if you ask permission, in any publication that you own or control. We generally will not give permission or reprint articles we’ve edited, hosted, shared in other publications, unless they’re in other mediums.
